1、 The customized and rapid deployment system adopts modular pry design, and the whole machine is prefabricated, integrated and debugged in the factory before being shipped as a whole. The customer only needs to complete the takeover, power connection, and basic positioning on site to put it into operation, significantly reducing the construction period and matching the high-efficiency production requirements of POE projects.
2、 Based on the high viscosity and low diffusion characteristics of POE melt, the multi-stage vacuum gradient system is configured to gradually reduce the VOC content. The final residual VOC is controlled below 150 ppm, meeting the stringent cleanliness requirements for high-end applications.
3、 The integration of extraction agent injection and high vacuum removal provides a complete set of control solutions – quantitative high-pressure injection of extraction agent, melt conveying, high vacuum devolatilization – full process automatic control, real-time monitoring and closed-loop adjustment of key process parameters, significantly improving process consistency and product qualification rate.
4、 Solvent recovery, cost reduction, and green parallel high vacuum end are directly exported to recover solvents, with a closed-loop system circulation. The solvent recovery rate has significantly improved, with a decrease in unit consumption, which not only reduces production costs but also helps customers achieve their green and low-carbon production goals.
