Dynamic mixer: gas-liquid mass transfer enhancement in HEFA/ATJ hydrogenation section

Before the HEFA hydrogenation deoxygenation and ATJ olefin hydrogenation reactors, hydrogen must be quickly and uniformly dissolved into the oil phase to ensure reaction rate and conversion rate. Traditional gas-liquid distributors are prone to bubble coalescence, mass transfer dead zones, and local hotspots in hydrogen, high-pressure, and high viscosity systems. The NDM series dynamic mixer directly crushes bubbles with high shear and forcibly dissolves them:

The gas-liquid mass transfer coefficient is 2-5 times higher than that of traditional distributors, and the time required for equal amount of H2 dissolution is significantly reduced, directly improving the production capacity of hydrogenation reactors

Bubbles are sheared to the micrometer level and evenly dispersed in the oil phase, completely eliminating channeling and dead zones, and the concentration field inside the reactor is highly consistent

Industrial grade sealing solution under high-pressure hydrogenation process: single end face/double end face/magnetic drive optional, zero leakage, suitable for process safety requirements of flammable and explosive media

Dynamic mixer: the core equipment of FT Fischer Tropsch synthesis slurry bed

FT Fischer Tropsch synthesis is one of the three main routes of SAF, and the reactor is a slurry bed (gas liquid solid three-phase): synthesis gas (H2+CO) is bubbled from the bottom, high-temperature wax is used as the continuous phase, and catalyst particles are suspended in it. The mass transfer efficiency of the slurry bed directly determines the one-way conversion rate, carbon number distribution (C5-C20), and catalyst life. The NDM series provides an engineered solution for this core reactor:
