NDM/S Liquid Liquid Dynamic Mixer

The NDM/S liquid-liquid dynamic mixer is designed specifically for conveying media that are prone to vaporization and cavitation. With its unique wear-resistant and anti cavitation structure, diverse sealing options, and excellent maintainability, it has become an ideal conveying equipment for high demand working conditions in chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, and other fields.

NDM/I injection dynamic mixer

The NDM/I series injection-type dynamic mixer is a highly efficient core equipment specially designed for sludge dewatering and sewage treatment processes. By instantaneously and uniformly dispersing and mixing the flocculant, it thoroughly optimizes the efficiency of the reagent usage, significantly enhances the solid-liquid separation effect, and brings customers significant cost savings in operation and an overall improvement in treatment efficiency.

NDM/E liquid dynamic mixer

The NDM/E series dynamic mixer is dedicated to the continuous, uniform and gentle mixing of various liquids. Its unique stateless and low-shear design is particularly suitable for processing scenarios that are sensitive to shear, containing solid particles or fibers. With a simple structure and economical cost, NDM/E is an ideal choice for achieving efficient mixing and energy conservation and cost reduction in industries such as food, environmental protection, and chemical engineering.

NDM/SP Solid-liquid Dynamic Mixer

The NDM/SP series dynamic mixer is specifically designed for the continuous mixing of various solid materials (whether spherical particles or fine powders) with a particle size not exceeding 20mm and liquids. It has perfectly replaced the traditional batch mixer, achieving a fully automated assembly line operation from material feeding to output, greatly enhancing production efficiency and stability.

NDM/HP high-pressure dynamic mixer

The NDM/HP series high-pressure dynamic mixer is specially designed for the precise homogenization and dispersion of trace components such as additives and color masterbatches in the production process of high-viscosity polymers. This equipment can operate stably under operating pressures up to 180Bar, viscosities exceeding 1,000,000cSt, and high-temperature conditions above 300℃. With lower investment and operating costs, it efficiently replaces traditional screw extruders.

NDM/M slurry grinding mixer

NDM/M slurry grinding mixer series dynamic mixer adopts an innovative stator and rotor collaborative shearing structure. By configuring star or pin-shaped rotors on the rotors and cooperating with the corresponding stators on the housing, a powerful mixing mechanism is achieved where the rotors move in a circular motion and the stators move in a reverse direction. This equipment is specially designed for liquid-liquid and gas-liquid mixing processes, achieving fine emulsification, uniform dispersion and efficient reaction of materials in an extremely short time.

NDM/R reaction dynamic mixing

NDM/R reaction dynamic mixing series magnetic drive vane pumps are specially designed for transporting high-risk, easily leaking or high-value media. It adopts a completely contactless magnetic coupling transmission technology, completely eliminating the risk of leakage at dynamic sealing points. It performs outstandingly in industries such as chemical engineering, pharmaceuticals, and energy where safety and reliability are highly required.

Dynamic devolatilization reactor

Dynamic devolatilization reactor series vane pumps come in two specifications: NVP and NVPG. They are specially designed for the efficient and safe transportation of industrial liquids with high saturated vapor pressure and various petrochemical products.
