Customized system design

Based on Langxing’s independently developed dynamic hybrid testing system and fluid process simulation capabilities, we tailor system process routes, unit configurations, and control solutions for customers to ensure a high degree of matching between the system and customer material characteristics, production capacity requirements, and on-site conditions.

Whole line integration and delivery

Complete the entire line delivery from process design, mechanical assembly, pipeline and electrical integration to control system programming, providing FAT, SAT, on-site debugging and startup support to ensure stable operation of the system according to design performance.

Technological transformation of existing production lines

To address the bottlenecks of uneven mixing, low volatilization efficiency, limited production capacity, and high energy consumption in the customer’s existing production line, we provide diagnostic analysis, renovation plan design, and engineering implementation to achieve process upgrades and capacity leaps with minimal downtime impact.
