NDM/R reaction dynamic mixing

The NDM/R series dynamic mixer is a continuous dynamic mixing equipment specially designed by Langxing for the polymerization reaction and chemical material reaction stages. The equipment adopts a special configuration of stator rotor cooperative structure, which provides a highly uniform mixed flow field for the reaction system under the joint action of high-speed rotation of the rotor and reverse motion of the stator. At the same time, the shear force is controlled at an extremely low level, and the polymer molecular weight distribution, chain structure, and product consistency are maximally protected while ensuring sufficient mixing of the reaction materials.

This series is widely used in reaction polymerization of amide products, spandex polymerization, phosgene PC reaction polymerization and other process scenarios that are sensitive to shear and require strict mixing uniformity. It is a key unit in high-end polymerization reaction equipment.

Core function: High uniformity mixing, low shear protection reaction system

The NDM/R series constructs a strong turbulent and low shear mixed flow field between the rotor and stator, which can achieve efficient and uniform contact between the catalyst and the prepolymer without damaging the molecular structure of the material. The equipment is particularly suitable for the following reaction systems:

Reaction polymerization of amide products: ensuring high uniformity of concentration and temperature fields in the reaction system, suppressing local over concentration and side reactions;

Spandex polymerization reaction: Efficient mixing of prepolymers and chain extenders is achieved under low shear conditions, resulting in a more concentrated molecular weight distribution;

Phosgene based PC polymerization: Bisphenol A sodium salt and phosgene are in full contact under a uniform flow field, resulting in a smooth reaction and controllable by-products.

Low shear flow field, guarding molecular structure

By adopting a special fixed rotor configuration, the shear force is reduced to an extremely low level while ensuring sufficient mixing, effectively avoiding mechanical degradation of polymer segments and protecting the molecular weight distribution and physical properties of the product.

High uniformity mixing enhances reaction consistency

The synergistic effect of the stator and rotor forms a strong turbulent cycle, and the concentration and temperature fields in the reactor are highly uniform, which can significantly reduce batch differences and improve product consistency and qualification rate.

Standard dual end mechanical seal+Plan53A flushing solution, providing reliable sealing isolation for reaction systems with flammable, explosive, toxic and harmful media, meeting the strict requirements of reaction processes for safety and environmental protection.
