NDM/I injection Dynamic Mixer

The NDM/I series injection dynamic mixer is an efficient core equipment designed by Langxing specifically for sludge dewatering and sewage treatment processes. The equipment precisely injects flocculants into the flowing sludge through a hollow rotating spindle, and achieves instantaneous uniform dispersion and micrometer level distribution of the agents under the strong shear action of high-speed dispersing blades, thoroughly optimizing the efficiency of agent use, significantly improving the solid-liquid separation effect, and bringing visible operational cost savings and comprehensive improvement in treatment efficiency to customers.

As a key equipment for sludge treatment processes, the NDM/I series can operate independently in the coagulation and processing sequence, or be integrated into a complete sludge dewatering system. It is a core solution for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in municipal wastewater, industrial wastewater, and sludge disposal processes.

Core function: precise injection and efficient dispersion

The flocculant is precisely injected into the flowing sludge through the hollow rotating spindle of the mixer, and is instantly sheared and diffused by the dispersing blades rotating at high speed (1450 rpm), achieving uniform distribution at the micrometer level and quickly reacting with the sludge particles. The integrated design of injection and dispersion effectively avoids the common problem of uneven distribution of drugs in traditional dosing methods, laying a solid foundation for subsequent dehydration processes.

Main technical features

Hollow spindle precise injection, uniform distribution of chemicals

The flocculant is directly injected into the flowing sludge of the main pipeline by a hollow rotating spindle, and the injection point is adjacent to the high-speed dispersion zone. The agent is efficiently sheared and diffused at the source, completely avoiding the common problems of short circuit and uneven distribution of agents in traditional pipeline mixers. The mixing uniformity is significantly higher than that of static mixers.

High dispersion strength, can directly use high concentration flocculants

The high-speed dispersing blades provide continuous and strong shear force, allowing the NDM/I series to directly mix high concentration flocculant solutions of 0.5% to 1%. Compared with the low concentration solutions of 0.1% to 0.3% required by static mixers, it can save up to 70% of dilution water, synchronously reduce wastewater discharge, save energy and be environmentally friendly.

Significant reduction in flocculant dosage

The extremely uniform dispersion allows the flocculant activity to be fully utilized, effectively reducing the dosage of agents by 10% to 25% and directly lowering the continuous procurement cost for customers.

Increased solid content in filter cake, reducing disposal costs

A more thorough mixing reaction forms larger and denser flocs, significantly increasing the solid content of the dehydrated filter cake, reducing the burden of backend processing, and further reducing sludge disposal costs.

Variable frequency speed regulation, high process flexibility

The equipment supports variable frequency speed regulation, and the mixing intensity can be flexibly adjusted according to the sludge flow rate and chemical characteristics. It is not sensitive to changes in flow rate, and the process operation flexibility is significantly higher than that of static mixers.

Reduced pressure, small footprint, easy installation

The equipment is directly installed in pipelines without the need for long straight pipe sections, with minimal pressure drop and significantly smaller footprint than static mixers, making it particularly suitable for on-site conditions such as existing production line renovation and space constraints.
